We want you to love your Seychelles Footwear, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear in its original box and secure it inside a shipping mailer with the return label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
